Terms & Conditions


The terms “NAVEGAYCION", "we", “us” and "our" refer to Proyectos Oceano Azul S.A.S, a Mexican company with Federal Taxpayers Registry POA2205125K9 and located at Calle 85 Diagonal, MZA002 Lote 004, Ejidal, Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, 77712. 

The term “Platforms” refer to all websites and marketing channels used by NAVEGAYCION to promote or distribute its own services or those of third parties. The Platforms include but are not limited to the website and the NAVEGAYCION accounts on social media.

NAVEGAYCION organizes events in venues operated by third parties and operates Platforms which provide information about the events and offer ticketing services.

The term "You" or “client” refers to the user of the services offered by NAVEGAYCION and/or the Platforms 

The term “Terms & Conditions” refers to the entirety of this document and is a contract between you and NAVEGAYCION. 


By accessing and/or using the Platform for any purpose, including but not limited to complete a reservation of a ticket to an event and associated payment, you explicitly and fully accept the Terms & Conditions. 

You agree to use the electronic format of the Terms & Conditions as made available to you by NAVEGAYCION on its Platforms. You agree that the Terms & Conditions are binding to you, even without your signature. 

If you do not accept the Terms & Conditions, you undertake to leave the Platform immediately and shall refrain from purchasing, participating in or using any products or services of NAVEGAYCION. 


NAVEGAYCION may modify the Terms & Conditions at its discretion and without prior notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly, they are available on

At the end of the Terms & Conditions you can find the date of the last update. If you do not agree with any changes in the Terms & Conditions, you must notify us within seven calendar days of the last update date by notifying us via email to If we do not receive a notification from you within this time, you have accepted the changes to the Terms & Conditions. 


When you use or visit any of the Platforms, you warrant and represent that:

  • You are of legal age;

  • You have fully understood and expressly accept the Terms & Conditions;

  • You have full capacity to enter into this contract;

  • You have obtained the explicit acceptation of these Terms & Conditions by any third party before using the Platform to purchase services for that third party.

  • You will not use the Platforms for any commercial activity, including but not limited to purchasing tickets with the intent of reselling, advertising, or promoting other events, services, or products

  • You will not use the Platforms for any illegal activities

  • You will not interfere in the proper working of the Platforms, or the services offered by NAVEGAYCION


Where to reserve?

Reservations for events offered by NAVEGAYCION must be made through the Platforms or an authorized reseller. You will be issued a ticket upon completion of the payment for your reservation.

NAVEGAYCION reserves the right to cancel any reservations and/ or tickets made or purchased via other channels or means. You are not entitled to a refund in such a case.  

Required information to reserve

To reserve, you will need to provide us the following information for each person for whom you reserve:

  • Full name

  • Valid email address

  • Valid telephone number


In addition to this information, NAVEGAYCION reserves the right to require additional information for operational, security or marketing purposes. You explicitly agree to provide us all the required information as part of the reservation process.



By making a reservation for a NAVEGAYCION event you authorize us to communicate with you and send you emails and/or other messages with information relating to your reservation as well as information about future NAVEGAYCION events or promotions. If you do not wish to receive any promotional emails, you must notify us via email on  

Our Prices

The price advertised on the Platform in Mexican Pesos is the final price and includes all taxes and charges levied by our bank, including but not limited to the Reef & Dock tax and Sales Tax.

Charges levied by your bank or card scheme for the payment is not included in the price. 

NAVEGAYCION reserves the right to modify prices at its own discretion and without prior notice, offer discounts to specific groups of customers, limit the availability of certain prices and offer prices with different products and services included. 

Payment of your reservation

Payment is due at the time of the reservation. 

Payment for reservations made via the Platforms shall be made via the online payment link provided in the Platform. Your card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation in Mexican Pesos. 

NAVEGAYCION accepts all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard and American Express. You must be the cardholder of the card to make a payment.

NAVEGAYCION has contracted a payment provider to guarantee a secure handling of your payment data. For more information, please consult the website of the payment provider. NAVEGAYCION shall not be held responsible for the process offered by the payment provider. 

Once again, by completing the payment, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms & Conditions, you shall refrain from making any payments. 

Currency and exchange rates

The payment on the Platform will be processed in Mexico and in Mexican pesos. If your card is not in Mexican pesos, the payment will be converted into the currency of your card as per the conditions of your card. Using a foreign card may incur extra charges levied by your bank or card scheme as per their conditions. 

All prices mentioned on the Platforms or marketing communications in other currencies than Mexican pesos are for illustration purposes only and have been derived using an average exchange rate. No rights can be derived from these indicative prices.


Once your payment is completed you will receive a purchase confirmation and a ticket. A separate ticket will be issued for each person for whom you made a reservation.

All tickets are personal and in the name of the ticket holder. Only the ticket holder will be granted access to the NAVEGAYCION event.

Tax Invoice

If you require a tax invoice, you must email us at before the end of the month in which you purchased your ticket. If you contact us after this date, we will not be able to provide you with a tax invoice.

In your email, you must include your reservation number, your full name, date of birth, address, your tax ID, the purpose of the tax invoice a valid phone number and your email.  

Once a tax invoice has been issued, your payment becomes fully non-refundable.

Cancelations and modifications

All tickets are non-refundable. You will not receive a refund in case you cancel your ticket, do not show up or do not arrive in time for the start of the event you have booked. 

If you are unable to attend the event, you may give your ticket to someone else or sell it at the same value for which you have purchased the ticket. You need to provide all the required information of the new ticket holder to NAVEGAYCION no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the event. 

NAVEGAYCION reserves the right to cancel any event for safety, operational or commercial reasons. In case the event is cancelled by NAVEGAYCION, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you provided. In this case, you will be entitled to a full refund of your payment or a ticket to an event at a later date. You have seven (7) calendar days to respond to the email received from NAVEGAYCION regarding the cancelation to request your refund. If we do not receive a response from you within this time, we will assume you want to participate in the next event and your ticket will be modified accordingly. If you have requested and received a Tax Invoice, you will only be entitled to a change to an event at a later date. 


Inclusions and exclusions

Access to the event 

To access any of the events purchased via the Platforms, you:


  • Need to be at least 18 years old

  • Need to provide a valid government issued picture identification 

  • Need to present a valid ticket in your name

  • Need to present the credit or debit card used to pay for your ticket


You need to present your ID and card, copies will not be accepted. If you purchased your ticket with a virtual card or a card without numbers, you must be able to show the card details in the associated app. 

In order to prevent and avoid fraud, NAVEGAYCION reserves the right to make a photocopy, take a photo or to imprint any of the documents mentioned above.

You must review the Frequently Asked Questions for any additional entry requirement including but not limited to vaccination and health requirements. The requirements mentioned in the FAQ are an integral part of the access requirements. 

Failure to comply with any of the requirements will result in you being denied access to the event. You will not be entitled to a refund in this case

You may not bring any of the following:

  • Oversized luggage

  • Weapons or sharp objects

  • Alcohol and food

  • Drugs or other controlled substances

  • Prescription medication unless accompanied by a valid prescription

  • Professional cameras or video recording equipment


NAVEGAYCION and/or the management of the third-party venue at which the event is being held reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or reject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. No refunds will be given under these circumstances

For security reasons, NAVEGAYCION and/or the management of the third-party venue at which the event is being held reserve the right to carry out inspections prior to entry, in clothing, bags and any other belonging that you bring with you or have on you. If you have found to carry any of the prohibited items listed above, these will be confiscated, and you may be denied entry to the event. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.

It is your responsibility to check the frequently asked questions on regarding any other requirement or limitation with regards to the entry. 

By accessing the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and you consent to resulting materials being used for commercial distribution, publication by NAVEGAYCION without payment or claim of copyright. NAVEGAYCION explicitly owns the material and may use it in any way it deems suitable and for an unlimited period of time.

Unless you obtain prior written approval from NAVEGAYCION, the use of professional photo or video cameras are not permitted at any time during the event. You may not publish or use visual or sound content obtained during the event or from the Platforms in any commercial way without prior written consent from NAVEGAYCION. We ask that you include mention of or any of its social media platform in any non-commercial publication.  

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally, there may be information on our Platforms that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information on the Platforms that is inaccurate at any time without notice.

We have no obligation to update, change or clarify any information on the Platforms, including without limitation pricing information, except as required by law. No specific update or refresh date on the Platforms should be taken as an indication that all information on the Platforms has been changed or updated.


NAVEGAYCION is not responsible for loss or damage of any belongings that you bring with you to the event. Regardless, if you report any lost property as soon as possible and we will do our best to try to reunite you with your items. 

By accessing the event you accept that NAVEGAYCION is not responsible for any injuries you may sustain during the event. You explicitly waive your rights to any compensation and warrant to abstain from filing any case or complaint against NAVEGAYCION, its officials, crew or third-party providers. 

NAVEGAYCION and/or the management of the third-party venue at which the event is being held reserve the right, at its own discretion to stop serving alcoholic drinks to the client who appears to be too intoxicated during the event.
